Product Description
Disk-bowl centrifuge:
This kind centrifuge is a separator for separating solid, liquid and liquid for chemical, pharmaceutical, oil, foodstuff, milk
industry, daily industry and defense industry etc.. It has three types for solid discharge such as central value deslagging,
artificial deslagging, and water push deslagging. The first type is mainly used in the desoponificating of oil refining, and the last
two types are used in degumming and dehydrating, they are all applicable for liquid-liquid-solid and liquid-solid separation.It has
advantages of high speed, smooth operating, compact structure, small footprint, all sealed of the inlet and discharge, little noise,
good separation.
Equipment characteristics:
1.Machine starts the friction to start off, about six to ten minutes. the machine runs smoothly, low noise and vibration, the
installation path is very easy to operate.
2.The bearings use imported Bearing, the main strengthen parts of Roller body and Roller cover use 2Cr13,and the other parts
of contacted materials such as Disc all use 304L.
3.The Stainless steel cover use SUS304.
4.The base use casting steel, coating does the same way as ship bottom.
Application:
Oil: Clarification and Separation for Vegetable Oil, Animal Oil, Fish Oil, Crude Oil, all kinds of fuel oil and Luge.
