Structure and Components of FFU
FFU is mainly composed of the cabinet, fan, high-efficiency filter, control unit and other parts.
Cabinet: Usually made of high-quality galvanized aluminum-zinc sheet, stainless steel sheet or aluminum sheet and other materials, it has good rigidity and corrosion resistance, and can provide stable support and protection for the internal fan and filter.
Fan: Generally, it is a centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume, high static pressure and low noise. The performance of the fan directly affects the air supply capacity and air circulation effect of the FFU.
High-efficiency filter: Adopting HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) or ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Air Filter) high-efficiency filters, it can effectively filter tiny particles in the air to ensure that the delivered air reaches the required cleanliness level.
Control unit: It can realize the functions of adjusting the wind speed of the FFU and monitoring the operating status, which is convenient for users to operate and manage according to actual needs.

Application
The Phoenix Filter Unit can be used in modular connection, making FFU widely used in clean rooms, clean workbenchesclean production lines, assembly clean rooms and local hundred level applications. FfU has two kinds of filters: primaryfilter and high efficiency filter. The unit absorbs air from the top of the FFU and filters it through the primary high efficiency filter. The filtered clean air is sent out at an average speed of 0.45m/s + 20% on the whole air outlet surface.
