1. How to buy your ideal products?
A: We usually use TT .50% deposit before producing, 50%balance before loading by TT.
2. What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 15 to 40 days.
3. How to pack the products?
A: Standards bolts etc. are packed in wood carton; Steel frames are packed using steel pallets to save the loading and unloading efforts and protect the frames from the delivery.
4. How to install after the goods arriving at the destination?
A: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee,air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
5.What is the lifespan and warranty period?
A: The lifespan for Prefab house is 5 to 10year, Container house is 10-15years, Steel structure is 15-20years and Villa is 20-50years. The warranty period for all the house is 12months from the delivery.
6. What the value added service do you have?
A: We have camp/community planning design, indoor and outdoor electrical/plumbing design, communication/fire alarm/security system supply, furniture/ electric appliance offer, etc.
7. Could you supply the service of installation?
A: Yes, we have 80 experienced supervisors who could go to guide the installation at any time. Meanwhile, we have skilled installation team who could finish some turn-key projects.
